With 50+ years of formulation and manufacturing experience (since 1975), CLS Rubber designs compounds in-house and controls procurement end-to-end. We adopt latest-generation elastomers (EPDM, FKM, HNBR, ACM, VMQ, CR, NBR, etc.) with full batch traceability. Our fully vertical process—compound design → mixing → extrusion/braiding/molding/injection → post-curing/finishing → inspection → packing—runs under an IATF 16949 quality system to ensure consistency, faster development cycles, and competitive cost.

Application-Driven Engineering
For automotive, motorcycle/scooter, recreational vehicles (ATV/UTV/snowmobile/watercraft), agricultural machinery, and industrial equipment, we tailor compounds and designs to service temperature windows, media exposure (fuel/oil/coolant), weather/ozone resistance, pressure, and NVH targets.
